  1. Prices and Payment Terms
  1. Prices:
    Prices for credits are clearly listed on the aipplyme.com website. The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time.
  2. Payment Processing via Stripe:
    Payments are processed exclusively through the payment service provider Stripe, which offers various payment methods (e.g., credit card, SEPA direct debit).
  3. Automatic Agreement to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Stripe:
    According to Stripe’s terms of use, a DPA with Stripe is automatically part of the contract when a User utilizes Stripe’s services. No separate signing is required.
  4. Billing:
    Credits are billed immediately upon purchase. No additional costs will be incurred unless explicitly agreed upon.
  5. Data Transfers to Third Countries:
    Stripe may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). According to Stripe, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are used.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
